Wellness

Here at the Walkup house we have been very sick. Over the last 3 months, it has been a revolving door for infections. And the sickness is NOT a WELCOME guest. So I thought I would get some suggestions from my readers.

I'd love to know what vitamins, probiotics, supplements, etc that you would recommend. So comment away! PLEASE.

For Ella Beth, the best thing we have found is Activia yogurt (NOT the light variety b/c it has aspartame). The cultures in Activia help to promote a healthy immune system...which starts in the gut. And, you know from Ella Beth's history that her gut has been compromised. I wouldn't recommend it if I didn't believe it!

David takes Juice Plus and the extra dose of veggies and fruits each day in addition to what he already eats seems to help him fight off and/or recover from illness quicker.

We use Juice Plus for all 3 of us religiously. I actually sell it but don't make anything off of it - I can order it at cost for you if you'd like to do a 3 month supply and see if you see any difference. But we have seen a huge difference in our wellness since we started on JP+ and started going to our specific chiropractic doctor once a month.
