So, Gregory and I have been pulled by the island to watch Lost. We started at season one and will finish season three on Friday. That means in 3 weeks we have watched 48 episodes of this show! Thats 48 hours of Lost time :) So this show has consumed our life for the last 3 weeks. I've thought about it all day long, we've eaten dinner every night in front of the tv, we've both dreamed about Lost at night. It's been crazy but I'm so glad we are finally caught up. It's really a great show the character development is amazing. And it's fun that we both like it so much. Anyway, I just wanted you all to know where we've been. So I will leave you with this question...
If you watch Lost, leave me a comment and answer this question--Who do you think Kate really loves Sawyer or Jack??

2008, a new year...
I just can't believe another year has come and gone. It's crazy how times seems to go by so fast! 2007 was a year full of benchmarks. Gregory and I both turned 25, we celebrated our one year wedding anniversary, we celebrated one year of living in this home. I walked 60 miles with Deana in the 3 day walk for breast cancer. God provided me an out of the mortgage business and I got an amazing job at the church. We lost a few things too. I lost the 15 pounds I had gained since we got married. We lost Carol Rudin to cancer. We lost half of my income when I switched jobs. But of all the benchmarks and all the losses, we gained more than we can imagine. We gained a stronger marriage, we gained better and deeper friendships, we gained a closer relationship with the Lord, and we gained more days of LIFE. I'm so thankful for everythign that we have. Even thought it was a tough ending to this year...all in all, we are alive and living for Christ! I got a new tattoo on New Year's Eve. It symbolizes a lot to me. It reminds me that God is Love, that He is always in my heart, and that he is the vine and I am the branches (I had alot of branches to remind me to produce many branches for Christ.) So as the new year starts I pray that you too can reflect back on the past year and look forward to what God has in store for you in 2008. Thanks for reading!
